National UPVC Recycling company CNC Recycling marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth by being shortlisted for two awards at this year’s G23 Awards.
They have been shortlisted for Best Business Initiative of the Year and Customer Care Initiative of the Year.

This means that CNC Recycling have now been shortlisted for six awards across three sectors as they are also finalists for three awards at the National Fenestration Awards as well as being shortlisted for the “Recycling Company of the Year” at the MRW National Recycling Awards.
As an Independent company this year has been a hugely significant for CNC Recycling who have grown from a single North East operation right through to the significant investment and installation of their brand new state-of-the-art recycling facility that can clean and refine UPVC to the highest possible standards.
This was the next natural step for the company in the UPVC recycling process to create a closed loop as one of the big hurdles in reuse is processing UPVC so that it can be used effectively into the extrusion of new products.
To further support its customers to reduce their waste on site, CNC Recycling has committed to their glass cullet recycling scheme which is growing with a second site imminent in the North West of England. This has enabled CNC Recycling to provide a post-consumer glass recycling service to installers buy collecting their old IGU’s for free from site. This material is processed at our site into clean glass cullet which can be fed directly into the manufacture of new float glass.
These developments consolidate CNC Recycling’s long term commitment to creating sustainable products into the future of UPVC recycling to ensure this primary source of raw materials is never lost. This enables the process of recycling old windows and doors back into new products within the fenestration Industry.
